Floor Scabblers

For use on the concrete, the Trelawny MHS11 Floor Scabbler was designed in association with senior construction engeneers for removing concrete laitance while reducing the damage to the substrate. This prevents the ingress of water which frezes and can cause cracking of the substrate.

Optional cruciform heads are available for material reduction with smoother finish.

For use on steel surfaces, Trelawny SF11 is ideally suited for thick coatings removal and surface preparation on large areas of deck and tank floor cleaning, complimenting the range of Trelawny hand held scaling hammer range.

11 heads impact at 3000 blows per minute break down the hardest of coating.

All the Trelawny Multi-Headed machines have a special duplex rubber mounting system who significantly reduces vibration to the operator.

Reduces operator fatigue, gives better operator comfort and increases the productivity.

Trelawny MHS11 floor scabblers & heavy duty SF11 scalers are available with optional vacuum shroud for dust free working.  

With Trelawny SF11 you can access less than 12" (300mm) across for working between structures or up to 5/8" (15mm) from edges.

The low profile body and adjustable handle enables access under pipes and other constructions.
