With the current economic uncertainty in the UK, our apprehension to exhibit at SED this year turned to delight once the show opened. The show had a smaller format and better layout and we found visitors had more time to find equipment they were interested in purchasing or considering for future contracts than in previous years.
Our comprehensive display of surface preparation equipment for mixing, scarifying and grinding attracted a great deal of interest from all over the UK and overseas, with units sold and a number of enquiries and demonstrations to follow up on.
Live demonstrations of the Trelawny low vibration back-fill tamper for utility contractors were well received as this enabled potential buyers and users to actually feel that this is the lowest vibration tamper on the market.
